Singer/Songwriter Brenn Hill learned to wield a pen and guitar pick long before he learned to wield a razor. His career began at sixteen by influence from iconic Cowboy Music legends Ian Tyson, Chris LeDoux, Michael Martin Murphey, Red Steagall, and Don Edwards. Hill found his early audiences at Cowboy Poetry Gatherings, county fairs, music festivals, and honky-tonks across the Rocky Mountain West and Texas. His energetic and engaging performances are representative of a one man band.

With guitar in hand, harp harness around his neck, and kick drum under his ever-stomping boot, Hill’s delivery is all his own. He acknowledges songwriting as the driving force of his music endeavors and is influenced as a creator by the likes of Tom Russell, Gordon Lightfoot, John Denver, and of course the legendary Ian Tyson.

With seventeen studio recordings under his belt, Hill has evolved to be a central part of today’s cowboy and western music firmament.Brenn Hill is a dedicated father, avid Big Game hunter, and lover of all things wild and western. When not in the recording studio or on the road to a gig, you can bet he’s on the mountain chasing western big game, or horseback chasing cattle alongside family and friends.

Jesse Tatman grew up hunting and fishing in Utah, Wyoming, and Nevada. His father taught him to field dress his first mule deer at age 8, and he shot his first buck at 12. At the age of 14, he moved back to Escalante, Utah where he hunted elk for the first time. His father, grandfather, and uncle mentored him in fishing, hunting, navigation, and survival skills. At age 16, he harvested his first elk.

At 18, Jesse moved to the Uintah Basin where he got his start on the rigs roughnecking. Over the next 32 years Jesse worked his way up in the oilfield from Floor Hand to a Drilling Manager. During that time Jesse also began his guiding career for Flying J Outfitters in 1995, where he was mentored by legendary guide Lonny Jackson. He later guided in Nevada for Currant Creek Outfitters, learning advanced glassing techniques from Riley Manzonie. In 2008, Jesse began guiding for Mossback Outfitters in Utah.

In 2007, Jesse made his first trip to Alaska, where he had a close encounter with a grizzly while hunting moose. He later guided for Ben Stevenson’s Alaska Frontier Guides, where he guided hunters for moose, Dall sheep, mountain goat, and bears. This is where Jesse got his pilot license and started flying planes.

In 2018, Jesse began guiding in Idaho’s Unit 66 for Flying J Outfitters. After purchasing the permit area in 2023, he founded Saddle Horn Outfitters and was licensed by the IOGLB and the Caribou-Targhee National Forest.
